Refund policy

Once you have received your order and you are not happy with it, please contact us on pret_ttylittlebag@hotmail.com

Please make sure you express your intent of return within 14 days of purchase. 

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sold. If they are faulty, please take a photo evidence of the faultiness. 

Unfortunately, we do not reimburse return postage cost if an item isn’t faulty and recommend you get a Certificate of Posting from Royal Mail as we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.
